Breakfast this morning was a big bowl of honeydew melon, vanilla mullerlight topped with raspberries. I also filled up my water bottle with the intention of trying to drink more water today....I didn’t take one sip 🤦🏻♀️. I am so bad as staying hydrated I just forget to drink water. Another day being 💯% on #slimmingworld plan. 😀💪. Dropped every last bit of the cereal I had planned to have this morning...and it was the last in the box. I admit I threw a bit of a tantrum (😂) about it but once I calmed down I made myself a slice of toast (HEXB), had my HEXA chocolate milk (YAS) and some mandarins in a bowl (not arsed if they're speedy or not. Sometimes "speed foods" do my head RIGHT IN...😂). I could have easily had something unhealthy but I am DETERMINED I am absolutely not giving up. Even on a bad day I can turn one thing around, even if I'm going one meal to the next.
Had some syn free and speed veg couscous for lunch, because it's easy and I 💗 it.
Dinner was a syn free sausage (vegan, obvs) casserole.
Snacks were 5 syns worth of chocolate (including the #Choc Pot I had on toast), 5 syns of a #pulsin chocolate orange bar (40p at Sainsburys) and 5 syns of #GoAhead choc pretzels and grapes. Ending the day on 15 syns and totally on plan. 👐. Actually feeling positive about Thursday's weigh day.
