Last night wasn’t a great night for food! Which makes me feel so bad as I’m only a few days in. I went to my aunties for tea and the main meal was fine, a biriani style rice dish, lots of veg. Then the offer of banana cake happened, I said a small slice, which is what I got. But then when we went to the shop on the way home, my boyfriend bought cookies, I got mikado sticks. That would have been ok if I’d had a couple, but I had the whole pack, plus a cookie 😔 I’m so disappointed with myself. Now I’m sat here in my gym stuff trying my hardest to get the courage up to go! Trying to remember it’s a new day, going to keep my syns to a minimum as I’m at a wedding tomorrow and that could be difficult.
