🐟smoked salmon veggie breakfast taco to kick off this Sunday morning! (And a side of pomegranate seeds😜) I got so much done yesterday, so most of the pressure is off for today🕺🏻also, it’s SNOWING!!
On a warm @sietefoods coconut flour tortilla, I spread @traderjoes vegan cream cheese and topped it with smoked salmon, roasted bnut squash, avocado+everything but the bagel seasoning, fried egg, and microgreens🌱
If you don’t like smoked salmon, we can’t be friends 🤷🏽♀️.
I’m not normally a fan of eating a meal without any fruit or veg but by eating this portion of oily fish this week has helped increase my omega-3 fatty acid intake this week. An ESSENTIAL fat your body can’t make on its own, that most of your aren’t getting enough of. 🙉
I teamed it with some lovely slow-scrambled eggs 🍳(bcos I had a lecture on eggs the other day and I couldn’t stop thinking bout them) and some @burgenbread 🍞.
I’ll post the weights + macros below, but please don’t be put off by the grams of fat in this meal! It’s not something to eat everyday but it tastes so fricking good on a Sunday morning 🤤.

Tonight's dinner: Home made smoked salmon poké bowls 🍣😍🙌🏽 One of my favourite sources of inspiration when it comes to home cooking is actually what I have when I eat out! 🍱🌮 I'll often analyse the ingredients and the way it's made and then attempt it at home. 😊
Tonight's one was a winner - in a bowl, layer sushi rice (white short grain rice + sushi vinegar), spinach/ rocket, finely julienned carrot and cucumber, avocado slices, boiled edamame and smoked salmon pieces. Top with a splash of wasabi soy sauce, Japanese mayo, sesame seeds and chopped sea weed. Delicious! 🥕🥑🥒🥗🍴
