Two pieces of German Mischbrot, half an avocado, one poached egg(someone please teach me how to poach an egg properly!!) and some spinach tomatoes and smoked salmon. ❤️
High in fat and protein for muscle repair and keeps you full, and literally took me 5 minutes to make!
I also usually swap the smoked salmon for another poached egg.

Yum yum lunch brunch today with my girl @rashidanlb @cafebeam. This place was super busy with mothers and those who just want to chill. Place is child friendly, servers were polite, venue quirky old with new and the food was lovely. Couldn't decide what to have first I thought a wrap then a burger but settled for goats cheese and beetroot Benedict whilst Rash went in with the Royale Benedict and gluten free stacked pancakes, washed down with a cheeky rose wine.
