Because I was working from home today I didn't have to pack up all my meals like I usually do! I had my superfoods a little differently today and made this AMAZING smoothie bowl 😍

And if you saw my story you know I got a midday workout in! Tried a new one today called Core de Force, and now I know why "Core" is in the title 😅It's a boxing style workout so I figured my arms would be the most tired....WRONG. My abs were on 🔥 the whole time!
I already decided I want to do shift shop for July but Core de Force may need to be my next one after that. This variety of programs has me ready to rock alllll summer long! 💪🏼
