Here is how I made it ⤵️
- 2 handfuls of frozen organic butternut squash
- 1 packed of @sambazon frozen unsweetened açaí purée
- 5 slices of steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of @furtherfood beef collagen peptides (use code STRICTLYLIVIN10 for discounts!!!)
- 1 tsp of @navitasorganics cacao powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 spoonfuls of @onceagainnutbutter almond butter (including the drips 💦)
- Sprinkled @purely_elizabeth chocolate probiotic granola

Since smoothies have been my morning project the last months and become such a common meal for me ~ I tend to go more creamy and smoothie like this bowl I made here with: 🌧🍇
• 1cup / 120g frozen blueberries
• 1 cup / 250 ml coconut milk (or plant milk of choice)
• a couple of fresh seasonal blackberries and raspberries
• 1 blood orange or grape fruit
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
decorate with coconut flakes and fresh fruit, mangoes and granola 🌴🌴🌴 #weekend#smoothiebowls

Salted caramel smoothie bowl!! We all know how to make a 😋 acai bowl now but how about this??! It tastes just like a scoop of your favorite salted caramel ice cream, making it a delicious dairy-free, refined sugar free dessert option.
🔅1 whole frozen banana.
🔅1/2 cup frozen zucchini.
🔅almond milk, as needed.
🔅1 tablespoon cashew butter.
🔅2 Medjool dates.
🔅1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder.
🔅1 teaspoon maca powder.
🔅1 scoop @tropeaka vanilla lean protein (optional).
🔅dash of Himalayan pink salt.

If you know me then you know that I don't like to bake but I love to snack and also like to workout. This granola from @thefeedfeed is literally so easy to make and is a mix of healthy fats (coconut oil), carbs (oats and puffed rice krispies) and protein (almond butter, chia, flax) to be a yummy #breakfast#snack or #dessert
Have a bowl of oats and @madegoodfoods vegan Rice Krispies and boil coconut oil, almond butter and pumpkin purée to pour over the mixture. Mix and add chia flax coconut flakes and cinnamon. Bake for 15 mins at 350. Add nuts and seeds and bake again at 350 for 15 mins. EAT w yogurt, milk, plain, on pie, etc
