Also a drop of @doterra lime and the @lifestreamwholefoods (I used the last tablet in the bottle so tipped the rest of the spirulina powder in) bioactive spirulina

I keep things simple with this bowl. This is a throwback, because well it's Thursday ☺️kidding I didn't take any pictures of my food this morning, but you can guarantee that I'm sticking with the no sugar challenge.
