SMOOTHIE for lunch and a little bit of filling one of my primary food buckets 😍😍😍 I knew there was a reason why I couldn't pack my machines away. Sewing is my outlet - it's one of the things that makes me happy. It has something my mum has done her whole life, so I guess it is understandable why it's in my blood. My aunty had a past life experience where she found out she was a seamstress back in the era of King Henry. Pretty cool, right. It is one of the questions I have written down for when I have a regression.

Just made some chia seed pudding using @wildernesspoets pitaya powder, stirred in some vanilla #nicecream and topped it off with some super yummy sweet organic mango slices and more sprinkles of @wildernesspoets pitaya powder. So. Delicious. So. Vibrant.💖 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I blended 2 frozen bananas + 1 cup frozen mangoes + splash of unsweetened almond milk topped with raspberry superfood granola 🍨😋 .
