For some reason, smoothies have been sounding so good to me lately--even though summer is ending, not beginning🤷🏼♀️ This morning, I made this beautiful pink smoothie for my mom and I! Just blended frozen mixed berries, frozen dragon fruit(if you don't have dragon fruit you can just use another favorite fruit of yours!), frozen ripe mango, steamed and frozen cauliflower, kefir, flax seeds, vanilla extract, and water💦
My mom topped hers with buckwheat, chia seeds, and dried blueberries and I topped mine with hemp hearts and barley grass juice powder!
😃 I could eat Spring Rolls every single day. They're absolutely delicious. This is one of my favorite Asian restaurants, and it's very relaxing to look outside and see people having a wonderful time strolling along.
