Happy Friday!! 🎉 If any of you are like me and get peckish between mealtimes, trail mix is a really fantastic healthy snack to have on hand. It’s super simple to throw together, doesn’t need to be refrigerated so is really easy to store/carry around, PLUS nuts and seeds are filled with healthy fats and nutrients making them an ideal snack 👌 Last week when I was away on camp I had a bag of this on me at all times, and it definitely helped fuel me through the week! I copied the ingredients I used ⬇️ (it's so easy I don't know if I can even call it a recipe 😂), but you can really just use any nuts, seeds, dried fruits or anything else you fancy. *1/2 cup walnuts
*1/2 cup almonds
*1/2 cup cashews
*1/2 cup sunflower seeds
*1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
*1/2 cup raisins/cranberries
*1/2 cup dried apricots
*1/2 cup mulberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
~ Mix it all together in a bowl and enjoy! This ratio is a bit heavier on nuts and seeds, so feel free to add more dried fruit if you want even more sweetness in every handful 🤗

Perfect and happy snack time!! Steamed Edamame with a pinch of sea salt. Edamame is the young soybean that has been harvested before the beans have had a chance to harden.
