#Socialism ... #Foolish I want a house in every city I like and a big yacht and a bunch of foreign whips to let my foreign women suck me in . I realize that's not the most important things but those are all things that you should be allowed to have as possessions if you truly desire .
"Between capitalist and communist society there lies the period of the revolutionary transformation of the one into the other. Corresponding to this is also a political transition period in which the state can be nothing but the revolutionary dictatorship of the proletariat."- Karl Marx, Critique of the Gotha Programme (1875)
One of the most important Marx quotes ever. Shows that the dictatorship of the proletariat has to be the revolution, and not some intermediate stage resulting from the revolution but preceding communism.
"Caravan Of Death"

Augusto Pinochet, Pictured Above, was Commander in Chief of the army,
And in September 1973, he organized a coup d'etat against the ellected president Salvador Allende, who was a leftist, and a socialist. Everything Pinochet was against.
The Caravan of Death that he created landed in 16 towns in the north and south of Chile and killed 97 people between 30 September and 22 October 1973, according to figures compiled by the NGO Memory and Justice. We all know that figure is pretty low.
He stepped down in 1990 but retained the post of commander-in-chief of the army for another eight years.

Corbyn killed it yesterday. He possesses so much integrity & those complaining that he was preaching to middle class people at a middle class event are just experiencing some sour grapes. A couple of points on why they are wrong: 1) Glastonbury is not solely middle class just because the tickets are upwards of £200. This is not a figure out of the reach of "poor" people. These journos are forgetting that "poor" people have the capacity to save for nice things & others might receive them as gifts. Such a wide variety of people congregate there & those journos who complain "it's too middle class, how is this real socialism?" are forgetting that not everybody is a new money spend-five-quid-on-a-pumpkin-spice-latte c**t like themselves. 2) Money aside, Corbyn has been shrewd throughout his entire campaign & beyond by allowing the crowds to build his hype. There is no real explicit branding for Corbyn's labour. His supporters provided a lot of the branding - which he & his team shrewdly allowed. He has taken hold of that branding & hype to access the platform of the largest televised festival of the year to spread his message far & wide regardless of whether people are watching live or at home or the next day on social media. So these journos need to realise that this becomes less about a message from a "middle-class faux socialist" directed towards other "middle-class faux socialists" because he has, again shrewdly, chosen a platform that ALL classes & abilities & races & genders & whatever other labels you can think of can access. He has deliberately not excluded ANYBODY from ANY class from his message so the argument that he is middle class for the middle class is completely nul and void. 3) Corbyn has reached out to everybody from every class of society in recent weeks in the wake of the disasters & that is where his integrity comes in to support him in times when the media accuses him of being a "champagne socialist" for attending events such as this. Our journos need to do some serious reassessing before they talk themselves out of a good job. 〰〰〰
This ended up being longer than I thought but I highly recommend watching his speech if you have time today.
This is a good start. After months of disappointing wait, Trump will now be taking action to ensure that Obamacare is completely destroyed. With the wise guidance of Rand Paul, I am confident that some form of tangible progress will be made. I truly do hope that this proposal will not fail.
