I made a "1 Pan Chicken Parmesan " for Sunday dinner!! Done in 30 minutes, and very FigureFriendly!!! Lightly pan fried using a olive oil spray just to coat the pan, low sugar organic marinara & very little salt but lots of fresh herbs 🌿
The cheese is full fat and that's ok because fat is our friend. Especially since reduced fat cheeses have a lot of questionable ingredients.
