I didn't gain all this weight overnight, won't be gone overnight. Baby steps lead to big results.. most important thing is I decided to make the change. Pcos symptoms are managed (velvet skin almost disappeared, skin tags are GONE 😍 my ovary attacks are minimal and my hair stopped falling out). #winning#pcossymptoms#pcosawareness#pcosweightloss

Cooked in crockpot on high 4-6 hours.
Peppers, onions, mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, parsley, celery, cabbage and stewing beef simmered in a broth bath 🛀
Added radishes last hour since we like some crunch.
Jamaican jerk added afterwards for some kick. 🌶

I was missing my overnight oats so I thought Id add all the ingredients together and put it in fridge overnight, in the am I just take it out and eat! I DO NOT HEAT
I like my oatmeal cold and this was just enough crunch and just enough sweet. Texture was AWESOME as well like a chia pudding
I will be making this again.. I meal prep so this was made for twice a week breakfast/snack. Great way to get my fat in.
Energy drink (first one ever!) & two pepperoni sticks. Iv included the macros.
Needed some energy and figured this would do the trick but all it gave me was jitters.. I miss my coffee!! Stupid machine broke on me again, SO NO COFFEE yet 🙁
At least it's keto friendly.
