ONE POT LAMB JOLLOF
I make jollof at least every other day in my house so I'm always looking for ways to make it a little special each time. Here, I pan seared the lamb on high for seconds, threw in onion, tomatoes and spices. Let it stew and added rice and water and cooked them all together.
