Well now, how about some real life real talk. Never mind, we don't have time for that...back to the declutter grind. There has definitely been improvements but alas, all the things come in so much faster and in bigger quantity than they go out. We're not huge shoppers so I think it is mainly school work and stuff from the girls' activities.
How do you tame the clutter monster? Deal with a little at time or just full-on tackle it?

I used all this stuff for my workout today.
AAA might be name of the workout but actually that is for the sound I made the entire time... aaaaaah. I feel everything. That means it’s working! I’m working for my own triple A.
Arms Abs and Ah. You know what I mean... so I fought for the last rep when the weight felt heavy. And did one more rep when I was behind at the end of a set.
I didn’t give up then and I’m not giving up not even 1 week in. This program is about me. Taking care of me and treating my body right. The regret of not finishing what I started is what will be keeping me on track.
It’s what’s motivating me to keep going and finish. What’s your motivation?
