Instead of chores this Saturday arvo we went to @moxherestaurant . Menu details for @jocookfood And @savourfoodstas because it was closed when you were here. All is incredible in a little under-hyped local place: House made sourdough came with butter rolled in dehydrated sea lettuce found by the chef; then mussel mousse with pickled mussels on crackers; trevally with bok choy, organic lemon and curry leaf dressing; bonito with a tomato and garlic confit; red gurner with peas, artichokes and broadbeans and an amazing hazelnut dressed green salad; then desssert was strawberry with white chocolate and strawberry granita and chocolate tart with chocolate ice cream. All washed down with a few glasses of #cannonballchardonnay from #Sonoma . Food coma well earnt.
Fluke t6-1000 ... if I had to choose to have only ONE tester in my bag... Id choose my fluke t6. Its my most used on a daily basis. I wish it had a Low Impedance setting on top of every feature including digital readout . That would be even better @flukecorp 😉
