Super excited today, I spent my morning with my mum, making my first batch of kombucha. .
My wonderful aunty gifted me 2 of her SCOBY babies for me to start making my own kombucha at home.
I remember my mum and my aunties making this when I was a kid and thinking they were nasty people..."how are you drinking this ugly sludgy mashroom looking thing!?" Hahaha Yet as an adult I buy and drink it cause of its health benefits, not knowing that all along, this was what it is made from! 💫MINDBLOWN💫
Still 2 weeks away till I can enjoy this amazing probiotic enzyme filled beverage.....now to test this patience as I let it ferment 😓

I made some RainbowRiceRolls 🌈.... it's a little tricky to roll them but basically it's easy :) You just need Ricepapers, Rice and vegetables you love and would like to use for them! I used Carrots 🥕 Cucumbers 🥒 Redbeet and Mango ✨ I love this little colorful Rolls and it's sooo much fun to eat 🌈 Soooo good Luck and have fun trying them out!
