Who else out there is completely in love with their morning java? I certainly am, it's that thing that makes me hop out of bed in the morning and prance to the stove and get that moka pot brewing. If you're going to drink coffee, drink the good stuff and limit yourself to 1-2 cups in the morning.
While coffee is an excellent antioxidant and chock full of health benefits (not as much as green tea but still mentionable), too much is not a good thing. Over-caffeinating can cause your skin to feel dry and appear dull. Not to mention consuming it too late in the day can cause sleep issues, further damaging the appearance of your skin. .
It's also important to make sure the coffee you're consuming on a regular basis isn't laden with pesticides and chemicals. Choose organic whenever possible.

Allowing yourself to have what you want is what will make you successful. Don't restrict yourself from a certain food because "it's bad for you". You know what that will lead to? Binge eating... because once you cave, all you do is eat and eat and eat until you're literally sick. People, this is why flexible dieting is so important in life.
