Carrageenan is extracted from red edible sea weed. It's used as a gelling, thickening, and stabilizing agent throughout the food industry.
You would think after hearing that, "it's edible". Well that's where it gets interesting because it's not digestible and has no nutritional value 🤔

Ma kinda breakfast
Sejak mulai masuk kerja paska cuti lahiran, hampir tiap pagi gw sarapan pakai overnight oats. Praktis karena bikinnya malem2, cukup rendem muesli, chia seeds pakai susu (ganti2an antara soy atau almond milk). Mueslinya beli di Superindo aja, murmer cuma 55rb/1kg. Komposisinya
rolled oat, flax seeds, rye, raisins sunflowers seeds, dried apple, dried banana.. Apalagi yak.. Cukup lengkap deh. Trus dikasih whole almond juga, kadang granola. Oat, almond, soy, dll itu kan katanya booster ASI juga (otak gw isinya booster ASI mulu 😂😂😂). Entah karena sarapan ini mulu, pas medical check up rutin, kolesterol gw turun looooh.. Mayan kaaaaan?
