#throwbackthursday#TBT to my 1st half marathon! I remember training so hard for this, and all by myself!! I ran like crazy and I felt so proud once I actually reached my goal - 13.1 miles through downtown Orlando! And this was 2 weeks are my 1st Spartan Race! I've definitely been thinking about getting back into running! I'd have to start with a mile, again & work my way back up, but I'm so much more knowledgeable now about training periodization, muscle building, and muscle recovery! I will never stop lifting, though! Lifting is my favorite ❤️actually had my 1st heavy squat day in a while today & it felt amazing!!! Nothing better than lifting, in my opinion! It's good for your soul 🙏🏼🙌🏼😂

Race in Chino Hills Jan 27, 2018 in spartan sprint or super. Start Wednesday Nov. 1st at 9:00 am or 6:30 pm. This is a 12 week training program and we train together 2 days a week. Every other Monday night at 6:00 pm I offer a third day of training. I also email out a training program for you to follow all the other days of the week. I do you measurements and body-fat every 4 weeks.
If you want to race this will get you ready for the new year. We also have races in February that are close to home. If you just want to get in tip top shape and not race this will do the trick. We have a blast training and it’s different then your standard gym training. I have the whole obstacle course in my backyard and I will teach you how to conquer the obstacles. I have coached from 14 years old up to 68 years young I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years and I know how to get results. This is for all fitness levels and all ages. #TBT to one year ago this week completing the Spartan Super 🥇 unforgettable and incredible experience. That day was raining and freezing temps, especially after going through rivers and muddy barbed-wire crawls, but getting to the finish line was priceless. Hoping my knee gets fully healed soon to begin training for my next race & get that trifecta! 💪🏼

A special thank you to Jen Gallozzi of Helping Hands in West Islip, who donated canned goods for my Thanksgiving food "drive to Dallas" where I will be running 4 Marathons in 4 Days with those cans in my pack totalling 45 pounds and 104.8 miles, which I will be donating to Boots on the Ground in NY to help support our Veterans, I'm going to put this to the test though, this weekend, I will do my first run with the canned goods at the Marine Corps Marathon...

Считаю, что наш дебют в направлении OCR удался. Наша команда состоящая из бравых джентльменов, а именно меня, @cf_greshnov, @maximkalinichenko и @fog_hornn заняла первое место в Open дивизионе на дистанции Sprint. Наше время 01:18:16 идет в зачет на международный OCR World Championship.
И в этот раз главным испытанием для нас стал бег. Сами препятствия мы пролетали почти не напрягаясь. С гонкой знакомились по сути и особо не ломились вперед. От этого весть о взятом "золоте" была особенно сладкой.
На очереди Герои и затем Бизоны в Беларуси. 🤘

- LIFT UP - I have a number of different favorite exercises within the gym! This is most certainly one of them. Im not a massive fav of lifting heavy so I lower the load and rep until I hit failure! Give it a go sometime 😜
