Dodajte i meso narezano na kockice veličine zalogaja. Pirjajte desetak minuta.
Ulijte vode ili temeljca toliko da prekrije meso. Ubacite začine i kuhajte dva, tri sata.
Kada gulaš postane dovoljno gust, poslužite ga s palentom ili krumpirom.

Kind of a dumb design! #Spicerack is a great idea, but shelves have to be completely readjusted to allow for #spices or door won’t shut?... cannot cut the shelves down because there are no holes 3.5 inches in on the side walls to support the shelves... Just another hiccup #gottakeepsmiling

But for real, are you taking advantage of all the various seasonal spices? Herbs and spices are a great source of antioxidants to elevate the nutrition of your meal. Cinnamon may help stabilize blood sugar levels. Cardamom and clove can be helpful for digestive issues. Nutmeg is a good source of manganese which is needed for many reactions in the body, like helping to act as an antioxidant. I like to use these spices in oatmeal, smoothies, mixed with nut butter, sprinkled on fruit and of course in baking!
