The 1st indication our lives are out of balance is, we've lost our peace.
Society has programmed us to think if we don't have a 100 things on the go then somehow our lives lack something. The only thing you'll be lacking is your peace. Spirit is encouraging you to make adjustments where they're needed. It's important to be fully present in everything you do.
2) Don't hate meditate
When our lives are out of balance we can become frustrated & our patience can be limited. If you are presented with a challenging person or situation that causes you to feel angry or the word " hate " is about to roll off your tongue, STOP. Take a deep breath.
When you have an opportunity, whether it means going to the restroom, going for a walk , sitting in your car or finding quiet time at home, go & meditate. Meditation doesn't have to be formal or take alot of time. Its the quality not quantity that's important.Focus on your breath & connect to the Divine energy that surrounds you. The Angels & your spirit guides are encouraging you to release those thoughts & feelings that no longer serve you so that your peace can be restored.
3) The inner voice
Our soul has a voice. It's often quiet & subtle but it's there if you'll connect with it & listen. The Angels & your guides are answering your call for guidance. They see you need their assistance & they're happy to help. They are presently impressing your mind with guidance. You may think that the thoughts are your own. You'll know your thoughts are divine guidance because they will be completely full of love. If you have any thoughts that cause you to fear or cause you to lose your peace, then you know the ego mind has kicked it. Connect to the loving energy within you & that which surrounds you. When you do so, your heart will be full of peace.

Ahhh finally heading home after what seems like a never ending trip. This trip was SO full of fun, laughter, hugs and new friends- oh and the worst cold that I've had in years 🤧
I am always so grateful and amazed that I am well enough to have enough energy and able to manage my pain to take trips like this now!!
It's been a long road. I still always have pain somewhere - all the time - yesterday from sitting so much I had a killer pain deep in my hip socket- today I've got a pretty impressive pain shooting up from my shoulder blade up the right side of my neck into the base of my skull BUT I feel good!!
Once you get your body strong by eating clean, removing toxins from your life and honing in on your spiritual side then the pain weirdly becomes less of a focus and so much more tolerable.

TRUE MASTERY ·⚝· To become aware that all of Life is a message to you is a key in understanding Mastery. As we grow up and mature overcoming the tight rules of the narrow mind, we become true Masters. Mastering the focus, mastering awareness, mastering presence and mastering Love.
But what does that really mean?
I don't know what it means to you to live masterful, aligned with your Soul's higher Purpose and full of gratefulness and devotion to all of Life's unfolding. But for me it is the slight little shift from panic into serenity, from forgetfulness into Awakening and from pain into awe and wonder.
The last days have been challenging for me on many levels. There is so much subtle abuse and violence in our words and actions. There is so much neediness and low energy entanglement still going on. We all tend to slip into old roles, patterns and mechanisms. But there is a remedy.
Dear beautiful Being, you are a Master. Learn to ride the waves and enjoy your flight.
