Fast forward 5 years— I've been working since then with shoulder days at least 2x a week and am proud of what little muscle I've put on. Between then of course, there’s been some unplanned bulks, lots of cutting seasons and life in a 5- year time span but the main point is you have to put in the work to see the results!
