Keeping it real: This past week of pregnancy has been very challenging for me mentally. I am a planner and I also have a tendency to not be super flexible when I feel strongly about something and I want things to go a certain way...I tend to get tunnel vision on MY plan. I have had what feels like a million things on my mind about when I will go into labor, will I get the unmedicated, natural birth plan I want, what if something goes wrong that is out of my control, what if this, what if that, etc., etc. I have had a clear vision of how I hope this delivery goes to the point of where I was not even wanting to consider that things happen that are not in my control. I did not want to even think about that and I was starting to let anxiety of the unknowns flood my mind. I still pray that the birth plan I desire for myself is my reality, but I also trust God’s plan and accept that some things are simply not in my control. Embracing peace in the unknown 😊 I am thankful for all of God’s blessings.

Take note!! All BCAA’s are NOT created equal.
