This exercise is everything, explosion, power, strength, stability...it’s all packaged into one.  Guaranteed to get your heart rate up and pump some blood through those muscles.

The 2016 Consensus statement on return to sport from the First World Congress in Sports Physical Therapy, Bern discusses this continuum of RTS as having three stages.

In the Return to Participation phase, the athlete may be able to participate in modified or full training sessions, modified time or different roles in a game/match/competition, but they are not yet playing at the desired level. This could be for a number of different reasons including stage of tissue healing, physical fitness, mental preparedness, or any other contextual factor keeping them from fully returning to sport.

The Return to Sport phase can often times be the point at which the athlete has decided they have successfully completed return to sport. For example, a college soccer player who tears her ACL in the end of her senior season and has no expectations of playing professionally might be satisfied with being able to return to playing soccer recreationally. She would not be participating at the same level as she was previously, but the contextual factors have made her satisfied with achieving this level of return to sport.

The Return to Performance phase is when the athlete has met or exceeded the level of performance they were at pre injury. The athlete is working towards higher performance goals, achieving PR’s, and has improved metrics of performance than prior to the injury/illness.

It is important to be able to progress and regress athletes through this continuum and to understand the contextual factors playing into the RTS decision making process.

💥Improving front rack position💥

If you are having trouble keeping your elbows up during a front squat or cleans, try this exercise. This will help you improve the internal rotation of your shoulder for a better positioning. Using @stickmobility for this exercise but if you don’t have one, you can use a PVC pipe or a light barbell. 🔻

1️⃣ Get into a half-kneeling position to avoid compensation from lower back or legs
2️⃣ Engage the core and keep the chest high (Don’t arch your back)
3️⃣ Put the stick in the middle of your traps
4️⃣ Activate shoulders and slightly retract shoulder blades
5️⃣ Keep your wrist in a neutral position and bring your elbows forward while maintaining the stick on your back

Try different grips on the stick to find which position you are most deficient in. Grip can be narrow or wide

💥Improving front rack position💥 If you are having trouble keeping your elbows up during a front squat or cleans, try this exercise. This will help you improve the internal rotation of your shoulder for a better positioning. Using @stickmobility for this exercise but if you don’t have one, you can use a PVC pipe or a light barbell. 🔻 🔻 🔻 1️⃣ Get into a half-kneeling position to avoid compensation from lower back or legs 2️⃣ Engage the core and keep the chest high (Don’t arch your back) 3️⃣ Put the stick in the middle of your traps 4️⃣ Activate shoulders and slightly retract shoulder blades 5️⃣ Keep your wrist in a neutral position and bring your elbows forward while maintaining the stick on your back . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Try different grips on the stick to find which position you are most deficient in. Поэтому даже если в фотографии сильно накосячить, то на таком малом формате все равно заметно не будет. Иначе говоря, есть разница между созданием фото 1 Мп и 50 Мп, между маленькой картинкой для интернета и большим постером А2.
Свои фото я делаю всегда в самой высокой детализации и без грязи на микро уровне. Так что помимо небольшой картинки, все кто работал со мной могут получить большие детализированные фотографии.
