For my second day of the #SelfLoveIsNow challenge I did Just Dance 2017! A way to workout that is easier for me than a gym, ( anxiety + being a single mom ) and a way to workout where I have fun at the same time 😁 the first row of pictures is right before I started. The second row is 30 minutes in. I told myself I could go a little bit more, BUT NEVER OVERWORK YOURSELF FOR HEALTH REASONS. So I knew I felt stable and well enough to do more. The third row is the end of my workout, which was a hour total!! I had stuff to do today and at one point I thought I wasn't gonna have the time or energy to do the workout. But I kept kicking the negative thoughts out and kept saying my mantra to motivate myself: " I am kind, I am strong and I am worth my own love. I used to be able to do backflips, but ever since an injury i had about 5-6 years ago, i never did one again. Today i stepped out of that comfort zone and landed a couple, but this was the only one i got on tape!
