While I was deadlifting earlier there were 3 dudes sharing a squat rack next to me. I went to move my bar out of the way to give them more room but then I was like ‘wtf. No. You are allowed to take up space’ and it occurred to me that moving aside to make room for others when you actually need the space yourself is something only a woman would do. I need to work on my own self. .

Heard these are the best for squat technique when going through hip/lowback issues, and I agree 100%.. Mad quad burn with no tweaking of anything, plus they pull you forward causing you to sit back more which is👌. .
 Found these blocks in the zumba room at the gym but I don't trust them fully yet.😑 Think I might use plates on top of just one instead cause you just never know.😂 .

Happy Monday! 👐🏼 Eating healthy while traveling is soooo easy with these @pescience protein packets! Starting off the morning with a healthy breakfast sets the tone for the day 🥑🍎🍌🍳 I️ got a good hearty laugh when I saw the cheapest breakfast item on the menu at a restaurant nearby was 10.99 😂 The @quaker oatmeal packets I️ packed were maybe 50 cents each, and hotels always have either a water heater or microwave somewhere. Luckily I️ found the microwave in the ice room! If you want to eat healthy, there is ALWAYS a way!!! .

Not necessarily true. Squats with horrible form kill your knees! The squat is the grandaddy of all the exercises. There isn't a muscle that the squat won't work on. Plus, it's a primal movement. Humans were built to squat since the beginning of times.

First pictures shows the wrong position of the knees in a squat. As you can see the knees are caved in and the pressure is on the inside of the knee. 
Second picture shows the right position of the knees in the squat. Push those knees out and open up the hips to engage the bum muscles.

Do your squats, people. If there's one exercise that we'd chose to do for the rest of our lives - it's the squat.

Holiday Programming 101. Usually when we’re in Holiday season / Birthday / Vacations or other plans where we know we’re going to go away for a while, we usually like to program a phase specifically for that ocation.

The reason we do this is to be in top shape to be able to take a full week or 2 off right at the end of the phase which would be the celebration we had planned. So Christmas and New Years is right around the corner and we’re at the end of a really fun phase where we’ll be able to put all of those calories from the coming holidays to good use once we’re back at the gym. .

Небольшой комплекс упражнений с фитболом на все тело (домашнее задание прогульщикам)

1️⃣Приседания с опорой на фитбол Важно❗ колени не должны выходить за носочки, давить в пол нужно пятками.

2️⃣Выпады назад - сложное координационное упражнение, т.к. вес тела практически находится на 1й ноге. Красивые стройные ножки вам обеспечены

3️⃣Сгибание ног на мяче - бедра нужно стараться держать наверху и посильнее зажимать #бицепсбедра.

4️⃣Отжимания - ничего не буду говорить, просто попробуйте сделать это упражнение как на видео😁

5️⃣Очень эффективное упражнение на пресс. Вариант полегче я недавно показывала #poddubnaya_качаемпресс (часть 3) В ЭТОМ варианте необходимо "тянуться" ягодицами наверх так, чтобы получился домик🏠😋 Во всех упражнениях очень важно держать равновесие и делать все движения плавно (специально не ускоряла видео, чтоб вы понимали в каком темпе работать)
