💟Kneeling Thrusts- make sure you are squeezing your glutes throughout the entire movement. When your butt hits your heels, SQUEEZE, and continue squeezing till you get to the top. Do these slow and controlled
💟Back Extensions- again, squeeze your glutes the entire time when coming up.. go slow and controlled on the way down
💟Overhead Squats- Keep your core tight to stay balanced!
💟Banded Squats- Take a step forward to put more focus on the glutes. Drive your knees out when going down into the squat. Squeeze glutes on your way up from the squat!
Been working on getting more depth in my squats and I’m definitely noticing some improvements! I typically can only squat above parallel when ever I get into the 300’s but today I felt I got right at parallel (slightly under on the first rep)at 305lbs even on my last set! I will say I personally feel like you get more out of squats the more depth you can get, but you have to know what weight you can handle and understand the limitations of your mobility. —————————————

Exercising gives me huge amounts of confidence in everything I do. It's actually the reason why I am able to do videos and post them online.
The feelings I have day to day from training is something that I think everyone can benefit from!
Whether that is feeling more confident in the clothes you wear, having more energy throughout the day or just being more comfortable in your skin!
Everyone deserves to have that feeling and I believe it's more than possible to achieve, it just takes a little bit of commitment!
Trust the movement you have created.... forget about the weight....get the reps done.
The squat and deadlift cycle we are running is paying off big time already.... so much improvement in movement, confidence and the ability to grind through the hard reps.
