Growing up I always wanted to be someone else. I always felt I wasn't strong enough, smart enough, pretty enough or skinny enough..... it was clear that I didn't love myself. But loving yourself isn't easy. It's something that takes years to learn, praise and a lot of practice (for me that is). In a world where we want something that someone else has, maybe in fact they want what you have? Have you ever thought of it that way. Everyone on this earth has something amazing to offer and that's why we weren't created all the same! Loving yourself isn't always easy but it sure as hell is worth it 💕🙏 yes I have strechmarks, i don't have huge boobs, my eyebrows aren't the same and I'm definitely not as fit as a lot of other people out there. But I show up every day, take one step forward and am truly thankful that I am me, because at the end of the day, you can choose to be blessed with the skin your in and try to improve every single day or you can sit and dwell, wishing you were someone else and never going forward. 🙌🏻👌🏼

Be Known Productions: Started using these @adidasoriginals powerlift 3's not to long ago on my leg days and I've felt and improvement with firing my hamstrings + glutes. It has awesome heel support and would recommend these to anybody looking for some good squat shoes but would not venture out to deadlifting with these. Go with a flatter shoe or just barefoot for that. I have built a decent physique without using any kind of external resistance such as weights. I used calisthenics exercises for building my physique. I never trained with weights in my entire life. Most people don't know how to use calisthenics to build muscle. The key is to know about the fitness science. I studied fitness science by reading lots of fitness articles. As i know fitness science, i know the process of building muscle with calisthenics. Fitness science is the most important thing for building a good physique and you need to know about the scientific principles of building muscle with calisthenics. Calisthenics is about mastering the technique of exercise. In weight training weights build muscle, but in calisthenics technique of the exercise is responsible for stimulating muscle. So we have to learn difficult variations of push-ups, pull ups and squats to stimulate our muscle fiber. We have to fatigue our muscles in low rep range to maximize hypertrophy and perform multiple sets of an exercise.
