My favorite drink lately!
Since I cut out coffee for 30 days I'm still trying to keep it out of my diet for the most part! So this is how I like to get my caffeine in for the day 😋
Venti iced green tea unsweetened from Starbucks, and then I mix in either an Arbonne energy fizz stick (until I ran out) or this is a Walmart brand water flavor packet in the flavor pomegranate lemonade! I get the stevia sweetened packets, only 5 calories! Soooo good!!
I'm not much of a #selfie person, though I have taken 3 today! 😳But I wanted to prove I worked out 🤣 #sweatyselfie
I started today with some (punishing) @suuppeer_willitary_fitness, dude, the back fat killer workout almost killed me! I'm so glad I wasn't in the room for that one! The girls in it and I tapped out at about the same time, seriously #OUCH !! But I'll be back for more when I can move my arms again 😰😂 I had autoplay on YouTube going and after a few rounds of #Willitary started "Bring Sally Up" with @dancefitnesswithjessica. I have seen bits of Bring Sally Up before, but was too scared to try it. Well, not today my friends! Today I did it, twice! Imma be sore t'moro!! I really loved Jessica's videos, I did a few of hers too (Anaconda, Proud Mary and Cheap Thrills), fabulous stuff!
I then stretched out to the @thehealthymummy DVD. Great morning! Then I had my second (ever, not for the day) SuperGreens. Still not sure how I feel about these, but I'll figure out a way I really like them. Plus apples with peanut butter for brekky. Then FINALLY remembered my fitness test, no burpees because my shins will not allow them, but I have definitely improved and will continue to.
Off to birthday lunch for mum at the pub, lamb roast with veggies, I barely touched that mint jelly, so fricken sweet!! Cake followed, not pictured, also so fricken sweet, I was disappointed I wasted the calories on it 😕 And then dinner was leftover chicken, carrots and a tiny amount of potatoes from last night, with some garlic bread. I only drank water today, managed 2.25L. Not sure how my overall calorie intake went as I didn't end up counting after breakfast, I'm hoping not too bad!
Day 3 of this new killer sweatfest DONE! To say I didn't want to wake up is an understatement, but I have a busy day so I had to suck it up!! 👊 What motivates your u to get out of bed when you don't wanna?

I didn't make it to the gym today. 😳
But luckily I have just enough steel plates to knock out a squat workout in my garage. 👌
I only have enough weights to work up to 355lbs, but it was plenty for tonight as it was feeling super heavy and sloppy! Worked up to 3x3 @ 355. 🏋
My strength has been climbing quickly but ramping up my training the past month is definitely taking its toll. 😥
However, that's not going to stop me from progressing. I'm super amped for Miami next week!!! 💯

I've done the workouts live and they bring a new meaning to finding your inner strength, both mentally and physically. This was my last bench workout in Cincinnati, and I'm ready to pursue a new life and a new tourney in Tampa. Maybe I will discover some power lifting adventure in Florida.... remember, find what makes you happy and pursue it. Here I come Clearwater!

Random fact ➡️ I NEVER used to like how I looked in a hat. I always bought them and never wore them because I didn't like how I looked. (silly I know 😅) but the point is to step outside your comfort zone!! To some people your littlest insecurities may seem like nothing. But everyone has things they are self-conscious about!
