Im training 5-6 Times a week
My nutrition is consistent
I workout hard n I'm patient
No wonder I have body I wanted!
After gym selfies just make it looks easy,coz U don't see everyday struggles what comes along to stay consistent,motivated ,dedicated .yes same lift,same gym,same pictures,coz it's a daily routine what gets me there,yes sometimes I don't feel like I want to workout,but I'm never think that after workout,coz when it's done - U winning n heading up to the next one! Legs today,long ass working day afterwards.
Looking amazing ,but feeling crap! Why tho? Had to force even that smile. Here's why 👉🏽Lately I have been trying to
✖️ train harder ✖️Moore intense ,
✖️skipped rest days ✖️skipped post workout static stretching ✖️haven't done anything for mobility 😔
+2 weeks ago i injured my Back Because dropped weight while doing a front squat n I didn't let it fall but catch it pulling biceps n back muscles 😬,stupid,I know. Last night slept barely 4h with headache n muscle pain because my upper trapezius is super tight n pressing on some nerve what causes headache,actually all right side from heel trough hams,gluteus,back n up to traps behind ear is too tight. So take a notes n don't underestimate impotence of 🔺Post workout stretching n 🔺mobility ,because during trainings All U do is shorten muscles,but they have to b stretched as well to don't loose functionality n to avoid injuries.
