I climbed 1, 776 steps (144 levels) in just over 20 minutes!! I knew I wanted to sign up to support the United Way but I was really scared to climb the CN Tower. Really proud of my time, and thankful for all who donated in my name! 💪🏼💕
Do not underestimate this piece of equipment! I used to think it was for lazy people who couldn’t be bother to run. But 20-30 mins climbing stairs is no joke. I have a history of back pain, especially in the lower region. This exercise really helps me to engage my glutes which in turn strengthens by back. - other than this training we spent 2 hours skate skiing today and then I worked the afternoon, so now we are getting ready to call it a day and recover to get back after it tomorrow!!
