GOOD MORNING, Good People!! To say I woke up with so much energy is an understatement lol...Energized and ready to make the day great. Just wanted to share with you a little something this morning. The black and white photo was taken 1yr ago on this same date. As you can see, I always work out at home, except on rare occasions. I was still losing weight, a pound here, an oz there, but maintaining.... It was all good, but I still wanted to achieve how I wanted to shape my body. And that's when the flipping old ways with new ones began. Practicing consistency and staying ready. Challenges became fun for ME. I love a good challenge. Not only that, I give MYSELF a high five for overcoming that challenge. I give myself a thumbs and and give God all the praise all the time, and as you can see, I've become more leaner, a little less body fat. Yes, it's still there, but I'm still going to keep working on it. I enjoy sharing with you my ups and downs, the victories, all of it. Because I've been blessed for 5yrs to learn and still learn what it takes to stay consistent with a healthy lifestyle. It's not all peaches and cream, as I always say, but it's a blast to find out what you're truly made of when you put your mind to it. Stay with it, don't give up...Its not going to happen over night, but it's going to happen. Every little thing you do to help your journey, will get you closer to your goals. One day at a time.
