That’s it. I’m done. I would be totally fine if I never saw snow again. Okay, maybe I’m being dramatic, because I would like to ski again in my lifetime. However, it is time to move somewhere warm! I’m thinking Charleston, SC! ⠀
What’s your ideal location to live in? What factors play into your decision (weather, scenery, etc.), and are you currently living in your ideal location?

My journey has been filled with hard work, consistency and learning to believe in myself. Learning to love myself. Learning to find new methods to manage stress and conflict. To be more secure.
My journey has been more mental than physical and I am grateful AF for that. I look at the person I have become and it makes me smile ear to ear. 💆
You see, some of you may not know that I
🔹struggle with depression
🔹 battle anxiety
🔹 I mentally yell and say THE meanest things to myself, about myself. 🔹 Use food to comfort me and my emotions
🔹 lack confidence and self-esteem
🔹 wished I was a mattress tester so I could sleep all day long!! <--- true story
🔹 spent everyday complaining about everything!
I am so thankful that a friend reached out to me. She encouraged me to try a new way of being. She said "Stop complaining about it and find a solution. Try something new. Your situation won't change unless YOU do."
Thats when I found my healthy lifestyle. I chose to try and it was hard. There are days I failed but I kept going. Everyday I showed up. Everyday I started reading personal development which helped me change my mindset and to find my happiness again.
You don't have to live feeling this way either. You too can choose to try something new and it may just change your life. If you are ready and want to learn more about what tools I used to find my happiness again, message me or fill out this form to get started. I want to learn about YOU - Your goals, Your dreams, and your struggles ➡️http://bit.ly/AllaboutMe
Sometimes we go through these seasons of life that are full of change and refocusing. And even if you have to step back from the things you love temporarily, it’s important that you find what your goals are in life. And sometimes you have to make decisions based on what is going to be the best thing for you and for your future. Change is hard. It’s exhausting. But it can be exactly what you need. #StayThePath and work hard. Here’s to a year of great music and great dreams!!
Got up a little earlier.
Made yourself get out of that warm bed.
Did a workout a bit longer than you're used to.
Stepped out of your comfort zone.
You're sore AF.....
And maybe you complained a little.
But DID YOU DIE?!
It's worth it.
Embrace the hard.
Embrace the change.
Embrace the burn.
If you want what you've never had, you gotta do what you've never done and make some small changes along the way. KEEP GOING. It's worth it. Promise.
DAY 2/80 in the books!!! 🙌🏻
How many people are sitting on the couch RIGHT NOW moaning and groaning, telling their hubby they don't want to go to work tomorrow?
Who is ALREADY counting down the days until their next day off?
Who gets a CASE OF THE MONDAY'S....Tuesday's, Wednesday, Thursday's.....
Then this is for you.
There is more out there!! I don't care if this is a longer post...you need to hear this.
Since I became a fitness coach, there has not been a SINGLE day where I dreaded getting up in the morning to lead my team, to encourage my clients, to invite people to join this AMAZING journey. Not a single day have I said I didn't enjoy this job or I can't wait for a day off. Never. When you love what you do, you can get lost in your work, it doesn't even feel like work. It's just heart and hustle....and basically hanging out with your girlfriends every single day. I NEVER thought I would love a job like this.
I've said it a million times, I'll say it again. Coaching has changed my life and if you are sitting there right now with that pit in your stomach, complaining, I honestly think we should chat. This may be the opportunity you NEED because YOU can do this too.
Today was FUN, real fun. And I'm sure tomorrow will be too.
If you have a love for health and fitness and GENUINELY want to help people lead a healthier life, I dare you to dream bigger. I'd love to share with you step by step, how I've built a thriving business from home, from my couch, part time and how you can do it too.

When I tell you that I love my InstaPot, I mean that. Tonights dinner: Smoky Sweet Black Eye Peas and Collards from The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook for your InstaPot. So good. Super easy. And plenty of leftovers.
GUYS ITS HERE!! 🎉 I am so nervous
and scared but also really excited about this challenge But with an incredible support system from a great group of ladies, I know that this next 80 day obsession challenge is completely possible!
Although I've never committed to a challenge this long, I know that the Lord is going to guide and grow me through this every single day. Praise him for that because I'll be leaning on him throughout this program! Let's do this!! 👐
Also I'm a little obsessed with my new @caliabycarrie tank! 💕
Today I started a NEW fitness program that is 80 days of obsessive focus on fitness & nutrition! This program is designed for those looking for an intense & holistic workout, even if the goal is NOT to lose weight!!! (which is a common misconception that drives me absolutely crazy 😳) I am excited to start fueling my body with the right foods while building a lean, firm, and more sculpted body! SO ready to get REAL with my nutrition & see how far I can go with my results (mentally & physically) over the next 80 days!
Ok so that workout (legs R1W11) was BEYOND hard today. I felt terrible during the entire thing because I ate terribly earlier today. For how good I did during the week last week, this long weekend hasn’t been good. I really need to give myself some tough love when it comes to this food stuff. I know I can do it, I just get lazy and am bad about letting one bad meal turn into 2 or 3 or 4. 🤦🏽♀️ anyways small goal I completed my #legsandglutes workout even though it took me over 37 minutes this week when last week too me only 25:43 but I was seriously ready to quit after round 1, and then again after round 2..also I did not do enough cardio last week or abs. Time to refocus and stop letting going back to work from a break be an excuse! #annavictoria#fbgfam#fbggirls#fbgcommunity#fitbodyguide#sweatyselfie#staythepath#strongnotskinny#strongereveryday#toughlove

Week 7 Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon Training..#runningforstjude
Kicking this week off feeling like me again! 6 progression miles on the schedule today + 60 min LB strength-training (it hurt to do stairs for 4 days last week, so hopefully this week it is a little easier on me 🤣😬)..
6.5 miles -> w/u @ 9.05 cutdown to 8.06 min/mi, cooldown .5 mi @8.57..this honestly was one of those runs I felt I could keep going, which rarely happens, so I embraced it!! 👍
I will be adding volume this week and adding an additional speed w/o, so I have my work cut out for me, but am accepting the challenge with open arms..because you know goals 😉, anyways I hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead!!
For those interested I have attached my fundraising link to my bio for my upcoming run in March for St. Jude's if you interested in donating, even $1 makes a difference in the eyes of these children and families! AND THANK YOU!!! 🙌👊🏃
Between these photos there are a few things. There is work, and laziness. There is consistency and lack there of. There are tears and moments and days that I didn't do my best. There are days I've never been prouder or felt more beautiful.
I haven't always stuck to my plan and my results have definitely shown that. But they also show the times, I have. They show that my heart knows what I want and that, perhaps I am getting there slowly, I am getting there none the less.
The past year I have changed so much. Not just my body physically, but mentally too.
I understand the importance of taking care of yourself. And doing nice things for yourself like working towards the best you. And smiling more often!
I certainly don't want to be as I was in the first photo literally hiding. Even if it's a slow and steady progression... I want to bloom and become more and radiate a positive light every single day, every where I go! Not just every once in a while.
This year is about consistency. Consistency is what will complete the journey and get you where you want to go. Here's to turning our own key!
Day One of a new fitness challenge I am embarking on. One of the pieces of this program that really grabbed my attention was the "self-care" component. I rarely take time to care for myself as I am always on the go and fill up every minute of my day. But ... that was yesterday. I made myself a promise to approach this challenge with an open mind. So ... here I am, Day One, just about to start meditating. And, I'll be bringing you all along on my journey. 💕
Nonviolence means avoiding not only external physical violence but also internal violence of spirit. You not only refuse to shoot a man, but you refuse to hate him. - Martin Luther King, Jr. ... Yoga has personally taught me so much. When I could have easily become angry or frustrated, I learned to let go. I learned to be flexible. I learned to balance. Yoga has transformative powers and teaches you so much about who you are who you are capable of being on and off the mat. ... On MLK day, I invite you to practice ahimsa (nonviolence) and hope that you find peace, love and many more days of health on your yoga mat!
8 days ago I started this journey again and I was terrified to see how my body would react to working out again. But everyday my body amazes me. I feel so AMAZING after every single workout. I’m already noticing my stomach getting flatter, my arms getting stronger and my legs are getting stronger as well. 💪🏼
I’m loving the transformation I’m seeing but I’m loving the way I feel even more. ❤️
