Everybody is in a rush these days - to get somewhere, to tick off every little goal they had for themselves. That use to be me. All I knew was textbooks - go to school then go to Uni - Graduate, work, pay bills?? I know right. Absurd 😂 I had my last Grad in May this Year then decided to take a break for the rest of the year and see where life takes me. One word - amazing! These last 4 months alone I have accomplished so much more, I let God lead me and just went with the flow. I am more intentional (in all aspects), I make time for my family, I make it a daily goal to be #genuinely#happy , I help as many people as I can in anyway (#herbalife included, yas come through 😉). I don't restrict myself, I don't compare myself to anyone else's journey, I run my own race at my own pace - I've simply learnt to LIVE my life and not just exist in it. Take those trips, spend that $ if it means creating memories you will always have forever. Thats what really matters 💯
Don't put everyone else on the top of a pedestal put your self up there and rise above the people that said you could never do it and don't regret a thing cause what you do only matters to you, no one else if your worried about others you have already lost
So a current mentor and new partner in mine invited me to be a co-presentar for the “Arizona Problem Solving Courts Conferences” And if elected, we will be in Prescott for a 3 day event. This will be a major stepping stone for us both and for my future public speaking as well. I’ve been doing further studying and putting something together for my part and honestly just excited lol. Little nervous as I was going through former presentations, but nothing I can’t handle #OhLetsDoIt#RiseNShining#SteadyGrinding
Bodywork therapies is a general term that refers to a group of body-based approaches to treatment that emphasize manipulation and realignment of the body's structure in order to improve its function as well as the client's mental outlook. These therapies typically combine a relatively passive phase, in which the client receives deep-tissue bodywork or postural correction from an experienced instructor or practitioner, and a more active period of movement education, in which the client practices sitting, standing, and moving about with better alignment of the body and greater ease of motion.
