Presenting here is the Chalkumro Pataye Elish Narkel Pora which is Roasted Hilsa in Pumpkin Leaves and goes best with rice of course.

Dikasih ikan dorang sama mama mertua, bosen klo digoreng trus. Mari di steam aja resep dari uti nya qilo... Simple & sehat.
Steam ikan + tahu
1 ikan dorang/kerapu/kakap hitam
4-6 iris tahu (boleh diganti jamur/tofu)
5 cm jahe di iris korek api
2 siung bawang putih dicacah
2 siung bawang merah dicacah
5 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm air
Cabe merah iris tipis
Daun bawang di iris tipis
1. Tumis bawang merah dan putih sampai harum
2. Cuci bersih ikan dan lumuri garam diamkan lalu cuci.
3. Taruh ikan + tahu + tumisan bawang + jahe+ cabe+ daun bawang+ minyak wijen + kecap asin di wadah kemudian kukus 30 menit.
4. Steam ikan tahu siap disantap 👩🏻🍳
