Last night I spent the evening making this beauty and watching, “Cheers.” This pattern was a little intimidating because I’ve never worked with two colors at the same time before, but these little hearts were too adorable not to try. Voila!
Today, I’m in snuggled in bed by 6:30pm watching Outlander, crossing my fingers the flu fairy doesn’t stop by; it’s not looking good. But at least Brandon helped bring all the Christmas decorations up from the basement so I can tackle this week 🎄✨
It also snowed today for the first time, & that was pretty, aaaand I got 50% off all my @lionbrandyarn yarn from Joann’s, wheeee! ❄️☺️
Hope y’all are enjoying your Sunday

Didn’t sell anything at two of my three shows this weekend but on the bright side I became a color street consultant 🤗 after buying 8 (yes 8!) sets with the buy 3 get 1 free promotion I fell in love too hard not to join! ❤️😍🙌🏻
Over the last few Saturdays, I've been re-watching the Harry Potter films but there just wasn't enough time last night. So, instead, I decided to watch The Mummy. The only trouble was that Verity here wanted to watch it too and KEPT TALKING. "See that pyramid there?! The one with the conservatory?!" she'd hiss, spraying me with half-chewed crisps, "that's where my friend Carol lives! You know Carol? Married to Bob. Bob the gob more like! AM I RIGHT?!" But then the hunky mummy, Imhotep, turned up and she let out a loud gasp. "What's the matter now?!" I shouted, thoroughly exasperated. "We used to have a 'thing' back in the day," she whispered. "Oh no," I said, suddenly feeling terrible, "what happened?" Verity took a deep breath. "Oh, it doesn't matter," she said as I patted her bandaged hand, "it's... ANCIENT HISTORY!" And, still guffawing at her own joke, she lurched off in search of more crisps... 🎃
We are having a lazy lego and pompom kind of Sunday. I tried to convince my hubby to sew on the poms so I could continue to knit but he pointed out I probably didn't want him to be doing it anyway. Which is probably true 😂
Dyed that yarn for the kits today!!! #Repost @vanessaknits
Knit knit knit knit knit (and repeat). This fingering weight shawl / super scarf is growing and I’m hoping to blend into color 3 today. Only SIX kits will be available on the @stitchandhustle website next month — keep your eyes peeled! .
•Tangpy- (adj) “the feeling that consumes one’s self when overcome with stress, 40 hours without sleep, a little anxious, and overwhelmed with craft show prep, but happy to be making all the things. A mix of Tired, Angsty, & Happy all in one.” #marketweekend STILL in FULL SWING! 1 more tomorrow! 😩🙏🏼🌲
That's a wrap! ☁️
Thanks to everyone who came out to my very first market! A huge shoutout to @etsysj for organizing this amazing Holiday Market. I had way too much fun meeting people and talking about knitting. Now it's time to pay off that sleep debt and refill those empty crates! ➰🐑 #thepetiteknitter#knitoholic#craftshow
Rain, rain, go away ☔️ Staying warm and dry, making the boyfriend watch, “This Is Us” with me, and trying my hand at a new beanie, with hearts! 💕
My first pin purchase came in the mail! Thank you @k.v.designs it’s lovely ✨ I appreciate being a part of this South East Michigan yarn community
I'm super proud of these wings lol. The first half was simple, using a slightly adapted version of a pattern I found, but getting the second one to match was... tricky lol.
I used the same pattern, BUT I worked with my LEFT hand and BACKWARDS to make it match.
