There is no better stress reliever than exercise and there is no better place to do it than outdoors. I love that my challenges keep me motivated, organized, and on track while allowing me freedom of time and location. The variety and freedom of my programs allows me to squeeze them into my day and keep me excited for what's next. Yesterday I ran to the park, up the stairs, and followed a super intense ab routine from my favourite program right now, Core De Force, and ran home. One hour of my day to add a full day to my life. Not only did the fresh air refresh my lungs and energize my muscles, the hormones I produced combatted the physical stress response in my body in turn improving my ability to deal with stress. Stress is a massive deterrent to inner peace and happiness. Fitness is not just about achieving that body you think looks good, it's really about feeling good, feeling confident, feeling comfortable in your own skin and who you are. Don't do it for anyone else. Fitness is a beautifully selfish act. Enjoy this, it's yours. Love it, embrace it, FEEL it. This is where you take control. Take your life back. •

@iamcarriegreen is simply a divine light sent to refocus, inspire and motivate! I have been listening to numerous health and wellness summits and getting lost in the list of interviews that are free for just 24 hours (most of which repeat a lot of the same information), writing nothing but notes and feeling like I am progressing nowhere with my business. That is until today when I listened to Carrie Green on The Hay House World Summit! She highlighted how mindset is one of our biggest challenges. I loved this idea that Carrie gave, which is a great place to start and get motivated to fulfil our goals. This was to take couple of minutes a day to visualise what you want and imagine you already have it. She suggested writing your dreams and goals down on pieces of paper and placing them in a jar. You can then pull one out when it comes time to do a visualisation and work with that goal, giving you the purpose to motivate yourself in that days tasks. You can even have more than one jar with goals and dreams associated with different aspects of your life. Thinking "when something happens, I'll be happy" is one of the biggest illusions ever. When you reach X, you suddenly feel the need to have Y as well. You'll never get enough. Nothing from the outside can make you complete because you are just that already. 💥💥
