Every Picture Has a Story to Tell. #singlegirl#travelstory
This week is about what you can do to look good on the outside (If you haven’t read the article, link in bio), an important factor when it comes to Self Love. When figuring out how to combine this with a Travel Tuesday Tip. I thought about the Photo Shoot Tour I took in Barcelona. This was literally one of my favorite things to do!! I mean have an actual photographer capture all your best angles so you look good in EVERY photo, I’m in! On the particular tour I took with @filma_t they walked me around Barcelona and were able to capture my actual excitement of being in a new place. Well they were able to capture it after I got over the awkwardness of people looking at me. And believe me, it was THE BEST THING ever!! And I’m so happy I have these awesome photos to look back at and remember my fabulous time spent in Barcelona.
Has anyone done a photo shoot tour outside of Barcelona? I’d love to hear who you used! Comment Below…
I’ve been having a very strong draw towards the question of if I should strengthen my study with a yoga teaching course. I’ve been addressing this question towards asking myself even more questions. What I want to gain from the experience? Do I have an interest in learning the history and the terminology? Will I find it interesting and stay committed? Am I strong enough yet in my own practice? What would I deem a measurable time commitment when rating what is a good practice compared to what isn’t? Then I begin to wonder what kind of experience should my training be like. There are many places available locally, many I haven’t yet explored (working on that), places abroad (hello Bahi), and I wonder what there experiences offer regarding memorable, realistic, and network-building. So with that all said, I thought I’d just start dropping a video into my feed of segments of my practice. I don’t have a strong home practice but I’ve the perfect space for it (and the weather is remarkable). I do do about 7+ classes a week and am trying to expanding that to 15. Reviewing this video I see my downdog looks spot on. I’m growing from my hands through my shoulder, maintaining a strong straight back, and have planted feet. My push-up is a little weak. I’m working on that, trying not to go too low I lose my form. I’m keeping my elbows in, but I think my butt might be too high (I think it feels right as a straight back is a goal too). I know I am weak with when I push upward but I so far avoid that with sequencing the Cobra(?) right after. Anyway, if you read this far... thanks and have a great day. If you happen to be an instructor and can give me pointer, that’s awesome.

Wondering which element is more powerfully influential in our social media platform. I noticed that calling out, pointing out unwisely, sarcasm and giving negative feedback have been garnering more attention, likes and comments. We tend to clamor things we cannot speak of ourselves instead we use a escape goat to express them. We are so potent with hiding beauty and positivity because we view them as unrealistic, impossible and maybe unacceptable in some circumstances and possibly boring. Let’s spread, share and exchange love ❤️ . It maybe a square profile but it postulates confidence and identity. Pick your battles. #dailymantra#natarajasana#dancerspose .
