Nedavno sam napisao članak na temu ortoreksija za koju vjerujem većina Vas prvi put čuje.
Ortoreksija je najkraće rečeno psihološko - bihevioralni poremećaj koji karakterizira pretjerana preokupacija zdravom prehranom do te mjere da to postaje opsesija i opterećenje.
Iako ortoreksičari misle da promoviraju zdravi način života, događa se upravo suprotno, izbacivajući određene namirnice, skupine namirnica (bez opravdanog zdravstvenog razloga) te konzumacijom isključivo "clean food" sami sebi postavljaju životna ograničenja.
Negativan učinak na psihičko stanje, društveni život, financije i potencijalno ugrožavanje fiziološkog zdravlja vrlo su izgledni ishodi kod ortoreksije, stoga pamet u glavu i vodite se već izlizanim svetim trojstvom: raznolikost, umjerenost i ravnoteža.

This picture was taken looking down on the path I had just climbed! My hubby and I were hiking in Zion Park, Utah last May. It was an amazing trip. I hadn't hiked like that in 10+ years, but my goal wasnt the hike, it was the destination. The stunning views at the summit and the satisfaction of the accomplishment. Such is life! I dream of where I want to be and the joy of reflecting on what I went through to get there. I know the journey may be hard at times, but the view from the top is worth it!

So it's: (this is our 3rd set of this so went down from 12 to 8)
✳️12 QUARTER SQUAT JUMPS. Make sure you try to get real height but still come down soft into the quarter squat..try to get your feet to be straight down, toes pointed down.
✳️12 DUMBBELL FULL SQUATS. Ass to grass, people!!
✳️WALL SIT *WITH* WEIGHT until you can't do anymore, THEN DROP THE WEIGHT AND *KEEP *SITTING* until you CANNOT PHYSICALLY SIT anymore. 🔷🔷🔷How much weight to use (same weight whole workout). Do a quarter of your one rep max squat, then split into two dumbbells. I used 20s and Tony used 30s, (a little extra light for our first time doing it. )
