Good Afternoon !! Y’all who doesn’t love a silly Snapchat filter selfie? 😊😏nowww for the topic on hand. I think almost if not everyone at some point in their life has been on a “diet” or tried to restrict calories or some form of an attempt to lose weight. This in itself isn’t a bad thing. Trying to reach a certain goal, become healthier, these are fantastic accomplishment to strive for. But let’s get one thing straight, no one, I mean no one is perfect. There is no such thing as a perfect body, perfect figure, perfect booty, perfect thighs, so on and so on. NO ONE on earth is perfect. We are all human. We are all created uniquely beautiful. We all have flaws, we all have imperfections, what we need to start doing is this little thing called SELF LOVE. Learn to love what you’ve got. This concept has fallen by the waist side for me numerous times. YEP because I’m human, I’m not perfect, I tend to fixate on the things I do not like about myself. But this type of behavior is toxic, self destructive and horribly abusive to ourselves. What we should be striving for is progress, progression, improvement, dedication, passion—not chasing perfection because the truth is, it will never come. Today I urge you to list 5 things you love about yourself and your body! Here are my favorite things about myself:
1: Hard working.
2: My big brown eyes.😍
3: My arms/shoulders.
These are just some of the qualities I love about myself. Loving myself, who I am, and who I want to become should always, always come first. Once you start practicing self love on a regular basis, you might come to realize your strive for perfection will become a distant memory.

I am speaking to the MOM who’s to do list is a mile long... I am speaking to the MOM who doesn’t think she has time to take care of herself... I am speaking to the MOM who feels
insanly guilt for buying the tank top at Target and returning it because it was too much... (it wasn’t- buy the shirt.) I am speaking to the MOM who collapses into bed at night falling asleep to the sound of her own voice running through the next days must do’s.
I am speaking to that MOM because I know that MOM oh oh so well.
That MOM is incredible.
She SHOULD see herself the way others do.
Her mind would be blown.
Because...SHE CAN do hard things!
She just needs to always remember...to fill her cup first.

Update from August until Now: It’s been a little over a month since we’ve moved down to Tennessee. Slowly starting to get use to the new work schedules AND being motivated enough to train (still working on it, but we’ll get there 🙃)
In the time I’ve not been training consistently, I’ve COMPLETELY eaten on impulse. Like, everything that isn’t the best (Those damn pumpkin lattes and macchiatos!!!)
My primary goal for the improvement season is to actually gain muscle. Not fat
So let’s turn this 10lbs of fat into some hard muscle 😜💪🏾🍑
