Here are just a few DR-safe exercises that can help close the gap: belly breathing, abdominal bracing, pelvic tilts, and pelvic floor exercises. AVOID: sit-ups, planks, Russian twists, oblique curls, and back bends or up-dog and cobra yoga poses.
