The Glutes and Hamstrings, both are paramount for hip extension. They help to support and bulletproof the lower back. .
When performing the “back extension” begin to contract the glutes and hamstrings and the same time, keep them engaged at the top position along with the rest of the abdominal region. .
You’ll soon start to notice that Strength is gained in more areas than just the lower back 👌🏻
