Price: I picked these up in @hpnutrition . The lads sell a box of 12 for €19.90 which is a great offer. 
Macros: at 65g it’s marginally heavier than the usual 60g protein bar. No noticeable difference in size. Good macros though. Fat lower than the average bar. Standard 20g carbs and 20g protein. All in all a good breakdown.
Texture/ taste: the texture of the diet whey Range is great. A really soft bar with a few dimensions to it. Top coating of milk chocolate is nice. I have had better and worse chocolate coatings. On top of the coats sits crunchy chocolate pieces. Underneath the chocolate sits a thick layer of peanut butter flavoured caramel. The peanut butter flavour could be stronger but its definitely there. The centre is really soft with more chocolate pieces. 
Overall verdict: tasty bar. Would love more PB but nice 8/10

On another note I’m absolutely delighted to say that I’ve been accepted into the ISSN (international society for sports nutrition) graduate diploma in applied sports and exercise nutrition starting November! So I’m on my way to becoming a certified sports nutritionist under the ISSN, and will be studying part time alongside coaching ☺️
I love learning and I can’t wait to continue to broaden my knowledge and improve the quality of service I have to offer as time goes on! ☺️ I always aim to give my clients nothing but the best of my ability and that will only get better

1. I hate talking on video 😅 I get super self conscious, act all weird and my voice sounds so wrong 🙊 How do you guys make it look so natural?! 2. I dance-walk 💃 can’t help it! If there’s a beat in my ear, there’s a beat in my step 😜 Chacha walking down the street, yep that’s me 💁🏼 3. On that note, I also unconsciously sync my reps at the gym to whatever music I’m listening to. Have to start sets when the music is right and if I’m trying to focus on taking my time with the moves, I’ll have to listen to “90s love songs” or something, otherwise it doesn’t work 🏋🏻‍♀️ 4. Spicy food is a serious no no 🔥🙅🏼 I die 😵

5. I own 1 bra (sports bras not included - you already know I have too many of those 😂) If I’m not in gymwear, chances are I’m braless. 
6. I was a huge Britney fan growing up and got my bellybutton pierced because of her 👯

7. I’m short-sighted 🤓 If you are more than 5 feet away, you are just a moving blur to me 🙈 It’s made for some awkward situations... 8. While I could spend my entire workout taking mirror selfies, I can’t for the life of me take a single decent front-camera face selfie 🤳 Teach me your ways!!! 🙌🏼 9. My first word was apparently “mine” (mío in Spanish) so I’ll let you imagine what kind of devil child I was 🙃😝 10. I got my creative hat on today with the best GF bread and cooked up an absolute beauty of a meal😏
Vegan French toast along with tempeh “bacon” and I was in heaven🙌🏻

For ages I didn’t touch bread, in fact, anything that was high in carbs was pretty much on my no go list🙅🏼
So much has changed this year and I am so so thankful!
It’s so good to be able to look back and see how much I’ve changed.
To see the difference in my body and mind and knowing that all this amazing whole foods I’m feeding it is doing it wonders😁

今天回顾星期四就来解答网友的问题啦~ 有网友问到我如何突破减肥的停滞期, 老实说我并没有什么遇到很严重的停滞期过哦~ 顶多只是会瘦很少这样而已 🤔 去年一整年从 78kg 到 49kg 左右时是完全没遭遇到呢~ 都是很顺利的慢慢减 😊 让我来分享我的诀窍是什么吧 😃

我猜想是和我的运动方式有关系哟~ 虽然说现在你们看我总是 Po 我都在家踩滑步机而已 (那是没有选择中的选择 🤷🏻‍) 但去年我是上健身房运动的, 我可是会做慢跑, 室内脚踏车, 滑步机哦! 💪 我一星期会运动 5 次, 每次 50分钟 (一开始是45分钟) 而我一天只会选做一项器材, 第二天会做另一个, 第三天又另一个以此类推哦 😉 也就是今天我慢跑了, 我明天会用脚踏车, 后天是滑步机这样 😃 之后又慢跑/脚踏车/滑步机这样...🏃 就是这样, 不重复的运动就是关键! 😁 星期六&日我还会特别增加多 15分钟使用划船机的 🚣 而每个月我一定都会提高我慢跑的速度, 脚踏车和滑步机的阻力也会视自己身体是否习惯了再提高 💪至少2个月就会提高阻力的 😏 对待自己绝不仁慈 👊 我运动从没让自己的身体习惯过, 我几乎每个月都会提高强度即使现在在家使用滑步机也会每个月加强阻力 💪

今年年头开始不能上健身房, 只能在家使用滑步机后, 体重真的有变得比较难降加上身体也相信经过1年的减脂生活也容易习惯的关系~ 今年年头体重一直维持在49kg 左右卡关了将近半年哦! 就是一直死不抵达 48kg 的说 🙄 同时除了可能因为身体习惯了运动方式之外, 还有今年头外食的机会变多了 😅 后来年中还去了一趟港澳旅行就完全放纵自己, 回来没记错的话就已经 51/52kg 左右 👀 (话说去旅行就别再理减脂什么的, 连旅行都不放纵这样人生真的会因为减脂变得没意义! 🙅) 刚好回来后是学校放假一个月, 于是就回到认真的饮食控制模式, 运动除了滑步机也开始接触腹部瑜伽, 也可说是肌力训练哦~! 努力了1个月多左右体重就连带铲走旅行吃回来的胖 & 抵达 48kg 了 🎉 学生们! 遇到假期麻烦你们把握哦! 假期真的是最适合减脂的开始 😁 想当年我也是从假期开始的,没有压力, 没有烦恼, 就专注好好运动, 好好饮控三餐真的就不信你不会瘦呀 😉 开学后也别放弃, 利用假期养成的习惯之后即使复学你也可以从中做出调整, 坚持你的目标, 运用你的意志力与毅力持续努力直到抵达目标 💪

现在除了每次有氧完再做那 18分钟左右的腹部瑜伽, 上几个月更是开始了 HIIT 💪 其实这是一个我很大的转变哦, 因为以前胖纸时期试过这些运动真的生不如死所以我一直都很抗拒这类型的运动 😥 但为了突破自己的极限, 练线条 & 后来的体重也允许了我才开始的哦 😗  一开始做那些动作姐全身抖到不行 😂 也会酸痛几天, 但现在总算训练到自己比较稳定了👍 也越来越喜欢把自己动到累死 😜 线条也开始因为瑜伽/HIIT变得越来越明显, 是单纯有氧给不到我的 💪

只要发现自己减脂停滞不降了, 也就是身体习惯运动强度的警报 🚨 这时候绝对不是少吃! 🙅 如果你已经吃得很干净, 要是再少吃是节食非饮食控制了! 但你可以参考回之前自己的饮食是不是真的吃得对 (像我前阵子太随心, 吃多了饼干所以不降有理由呀 😓 这个月就很努力戒饼干中啦 😉) 主要停滞的话就加强运动或是改变运动的方式, 还有要有耐心哦! 很多朋友减肥了 2 星期看体重不降或体态没改变就说是停滞我也是醉了 😂 给点耐心! 至少1个多月后都没变再嚷嚷好吗 😅 
还有有时候体重真的不代表一切, 大家可以多看体态, 让胸/腰/臀围的这些实际数据告诉你有没有变胖或变瘦更好哦! 🙆 话说自己很期待来临11月1号要量自己的胸/腰/臀围~ 😆 最近体重还没回到48kg, 但看镜子中的自己因为认真饮食控制, 认真运动其实觉得自己腰有变瘦了嘿嘿 👍 到时候再和大家分享嘿! 😁

Breakfast from yesterday was✨Healthy Cream Cheese n Jelly✨ on Cinnamon Raisin High Fiber  GG Crackers. Made with @GreenMountainFarms Greek Cream Cheese
(which contains 50% less fat and 4x as much protein as regular cream cheese) + mashed fresh raspberries and topped with chia. Chia adds protein, fiber and is a great source of omega-3’s. This is a @Healthy_Lifeways Phase 1 breakfast.

Breakfast at The Hague! Had to wake up early today, get in the train to The Hague to get my new passport (2 months after my application 😒) and legalize some documents at the Dutch ministry of finance and the Dutch Court #bureacracy! I was actually quite efficient as I arrived at 9.30 and by 10.30 I had completed 50% of my to do list for today 💪🏻

I've spent most of my adult life believing low calorie, low fat and limited food intake equals weight lost...this resulted in me skipping meals....starting stupid crash diets that I would never stick to...and never allowing myself any 'treats'

In the last few months I've eaten more food (including breakfast, which I ALWAYS skipped before) and enjoyed 'treats' everyday. I've thrown away the scales and simply go by health...my resting heart rate, my fitness levels. .

I'm fitter now than I was in my 20's (and thinner too 👍) I exercise everyday..and I LOVE it. .

Do yourself a favour....dump the sad step in the bin and focus on health....oh and sometimes it's perfectly okay to have the cake 🙌

It’s amazing how much you can fit into an hour 💪🏻My arms are definitely feeling it right now as am I! As much as I want to learn about the respiratory system it is such a struggle not to just close my eyes and take a nap!😴

I am just a person who needs routine and structure && I think (and hope) that I’m finally starting to get into a routine with balancing life, gym, studying 🎉 If anyone else is starting a new job or adventure and struggling with the same thing then don’t beat yourself up over it - I’ve found it’s trial and error, then sticking with what works best for you! It will all pan out & if all else fails eat flapjacks because you’re are bound to feel better after!

I'm going to be honest with u. I fell waayy off since the death of my great-grandma. So many other bad thing happened to my family over the course if the last 2 weeks and I couln't handle them in any other way than bingeing. I also got sick which also always triggers me. It was bad. But it wasn't as bad as it has been before.
.
I'm back at work today and the goal for the rest of the week is to stabilize and come back to not overeating anymore. Also, I want to conciously take some me time every day to write down things I'm thankful for and reflect on things that have happened, what actions I'm proud of and what I could have done differently.

It's hard currently, I'm not gonna lie. But I promise, I am going to be better tomorrow, even better the day after and so on.

Sometimes it's ok not to be ok. But u can't stay at this state, u gotta take action and make changes, bc u are the only one who can do this. U can do this!

My first full breakfast (MADE BY MYSELF!!) since I'm recovering💪🏽💪🏽. Yes I had more full breakfasts the past weeks but never made it by myself. I had an agreement with my dietican about breakfast, so 3️⃣ times a week I pick a card out of my jar and the card will say what I'll eat for breakfast. Food diary today now weigh exactly 147. I so wanted hot wings last night but I didn't I just got in bed reminded myself of what I wanted and went to sleep. So glad I did. It's not easy when you're craving something to let it go.

But if you just remind yourself of what you want, that you aren't really hungry, and how bad you might feel after eating the wrong foods. That should be enough to keep pushing yourself forward. Even distract yourself by doing something, and if you really feel you are actually hungry eat something that isn't too high in calories and that isn't takeaway haha. How ever if you do end up eating badly or over calories, don't beat yourself up just get back on it straight away and leave it in the past. Things happen and you're only human 😊

THURSDAY... 15 minutters oppvarming i lysløypa, -1 grad og helt alene ute på morgenkvisten. En smule sleipt og glatt, men runden gikk i grunn fint. Løper lettere og lengre, kjenner jeg blir skikkelig glad. Ikke det at jeg løper så voldsomt langt eller fort. Men bitte litt lengre og fortere....
