I went to the gym! 💪🏼 Felt sweaty as anything after though, although combining my workout with my trip into town after, I've pretty much already hit my 10,000 steps already today, and it's not even lunchtime! 😆 Now to decide what to have for lunch...
Slept in this morning so didn't have time for breakfast, but that doesn't mean I can skip it. It's important to make sure I get nutrition in the morning because during treatment I was told I need to eat first thing in order to stabilize my blood sugar. Low drops in my blood sugar are more likely to lead me to binge, so I have to be careful to try to keep my levels consistent throughout the day!
its funny, i scroll through my feed on this account and i feel jealous when i see photos of people sicker than me and jealous when i see posts from people more recovered than me. Its like im either failing anorexia by getting better or im failing recovery by engaging in my ed, and i can't really decide which one i would rather have. obviously, it comes down to the fact that im constantly comparing myself to others. Realistically, i know that just because someone out there is sicker than me right now, does not mean that i don't deserve to get better and just because someone else's recovery has been quicker than mine, does not mean im failing. I guess its just a hard habit to break but im gonna work at it. This is my recovery and it may be different to yours, but that is ok.

I was up till 2am having a meltdown so I felt a bomb ass breakfast was deserved 😏 chocolate protein quinoa chia pudding w/ yogurt & nuts, berries & chia, hemp, gogi yumbutter for breakfast! So today is my last day at PH! I've been there four weeks and that's crazy to me, it still only feel like it's been a week. I'm actually not going to miss the program itself, I feel that I got everything I could out of it and I'm ready to move on and be in the next stage of getting help but I am going to miss the people there who I've gotten so close to. They put a smile back on my face and treated me like family since day 1. I'll forever be grateful to the people who touched my heart in there and who took the time to get to know me and listened to my struggles and validated how I felt and sat with me in understanding and never in judgement. They all deserve complete happiness and contentment in life and I hope they find it. So yea; here's to 4 weeks! I'm ready to be discharged 🎉 and then afterwards my aunt is picking me up and we're going to Atlanta over night because she has a job there tomorrow and I miss the hotel/travel life so that'll be fun!
