Some days you kill the gym and some days the gym kills you. Today I thought that I would go in to the gym and use all of my built up anger/emotions to destroy my workout... well, let's just say that didn't happen. Today I let life get in my head a little too much and cloud my focus in the gym. What I did not do was quit or leave when it got tough. I stuck it out and finished my workout whether it was the numbers I was supposed to hit or not. Not everyday is going to be a good day in the gym. It's the bad days that make you stronger than you thought you could be.
