💚 75 grams of melted butter
💚3 TBS RMS
💚pinch of salt
💚1 tsp baking soda
💚1 1/4 cups of flour
💚1/4 cup vanilla protein (@nuzest )
💚block of 78-90% @lindt.oficial chocolate chopped 💚mash bananas, add butter egg and rice malt and combine. Then stir in the salt and baking soda. Sift in flour and protein then chocolate and fold until just combined. Bake for 20-25 mins at 175.
The end of this chapter. The beginning of a new one! ✨ I haven't spoken about my journey with Lyme disease for a long while on this page for many reasons. One reason is it is nice to have a place to share my life which is not Lyme, because it can feel like a full time job, which it is, I've been in survival mode for too long. Today I get to let go, and surrender my healing and heal fully with stem cell therapy. A year ago today I had a 4 month relief from all of my symptoms but my immune system wasn't strong enough at that time and all of my symptoms came back, ones that are mainly neurological and effect my nervous system. The last 8 months have been a very tough road, and the last 2 years the most challenging I've ever had. There are no words to express how much I am looking forward to now experiencing 100% health in body and mind. I'm not sure how much of the experience I will be sharing as I go, as I will be mainly focusing on my healing and keeping my energy and positivity in the right place. So I may step away from social media when I feel I need to take a break. When I feel good to share I will and when it feels right I will too. Yerken de karadut şurubu gezdirince tatlı-ekşi bişey oldu 🤤 I used peaches and nectarines to make this twice-baked crumble. Fruit sprinkled with coconut flakes and topped with oats, almond flour and coconut oil mixture. Serve with mulberry extract.
Morning insta fam. So after my diet fail on Sunday night and feeling totally rubbish yesterday. I have decided to do the no junk food challenge. Its for 30 days and pretty obvs what you don't eat. I shall instead be using syns to bake my own cakes/snacks. High sugar snackerals have always been my trigger foods but my epic fail has shown me beyond doubt that frankly I just can't have these in the house !!! The snack draw is going (thanks Jane @jane90workinprogress ) I have serious packet issues... there is no way I can just have one of anything ( well, apart from husbands... defiantly can only do one of them 😱😂 ). I made the best granola ever😭 and it only has four ingredients! It's just peanut butter, maple syrup, oats and some chopped almonds😍 so so so so so freaking good! I had it with blueberry soy yoghurt but you can have it with everything😝
