Der Tag im Cafè selbst war dann aber bombastisch, ihr seid wirklich die besten Kunden überhaupt ❤

Sometimes at the beginning of the week I make some #sugarfree energy balls to have in the fridge to snack on 💪🏻 here we have peanut butter protein balls--> made with ground almonds, @thatprotein peanut butter protein powder, @meridianfoods peanut butter, cashew milk, oats & a few dried cranberries to sweeten them up 💃🏻 have a great day everyone! ✨
His and her lunches .... someone has finally agreed to do #lazyketo with me! This morning, I made him a big breakfast sandwich with a keto bagel, sausage, 2 eggs and cheddar cheese! For lunch, I made him two different kinds of wraps. On the left are turkey, bacon and cheddar wraps with lettuce, onion and mustard. On the right is chicken salad (shredded chicken, mayo, diced celery and sliced almonds) wrapped with zucchini ribbons! I also packed him some celery sticks with almond butter and a couple sugar free chocolate chips (he has a big time sweet tooth). I wasn't really hungry so I went with a snacky lunch of bacon "chips", chicken salad, cheddar cheese, olives and cucumber slices. ***We totally ate off plan last night for Ava's birthday and it was great ... pasta, pizza, cake and ice cream! But we're going to work hard to stay on plan - we really want to see the health benefits from this way of eating! Weight loss is always good too. 😜#keepwatchingDgo#MyMattchu

Hemp seeds have high levels of beta-carotene, vitamins C and E and minerals like calcium, iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium.
They are well known to be a source of essential fatty acids and they actually have a balanced ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids, such as linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids. Hemp seeds are considered a complete protein source as they provide all the essential amino acids that are not produced in the body and need to be obtained from the diet. Sugar free blueberry coconut muffins 🌿
This was a bit of a 'use up leftovers' recipe, I had the last of the coconut oil, coconut yogurt, and blueberries in the freezer. They turned out moist and yum, not overly sweet. Qld decided to turn on summer today, so I didn't even need to melt my coconut oil 😂☀️
You will need:
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/3 cup honey (or vegan alternative)
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
1 cup blueberries
Handful shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 170C or 350F
Mix oats, flour and baking powder together. Add in eggs, oil, yoghurt and honey. Combine then fold in blueberries and coconut. I find that rinsing the blueberries before using them prevents the mixture from staining, but this is totally just my OCD, you do whatever you want 😘
Divide into a greased muffin tray and bake for 25ish minutes (or until golden and springy).

Wish I could share the smell. Kids afternoon tea straight from the oven. Gluten, Dairy and Sugar free. There is plenty of evidence that shows children who eat highly processed packaged foods are twice as likely to develop behavioural problems.
Remember, we are what we eat, so make sure you and your kids are getting the most nutrient dense whole foods available.
You can't put dirty fuel in a car and expect it to go - our bodies are no different.
