In a few days, I'll be heading to Hawaii for a dear friend's bachelorette party! 🌴In the meantime, let's feast on Lava Flow Popsicles! (Yes, these pops contain vodka and rum 😜) #howisummer#feedfeed#f52grams
I'm going to start doing #fitchallenge Fridays! Your body will eventually adjust to any normal and extended forms of exercise. In this way, your muscles will recognize that they do not need to develop any further and will accept their current size and ability. By constantly changing your routine and challenging your muscles to keep up, you will go a long way towards preventing plateaus and consistently developing within your program. I love my routine, but I make a point to do at least one different and extra challenging workout every week. ____________________________________________
This weeks challenge: 1 muscle up + 5 dips + 5 pull ups + 5 chin ups. Next time I try this hopefully my muscle ups will be improved 😅Let me know if you can complete it! Good luck! 💪🏼 #happyfridayyall#cptfitguide
While my classroom doesn't look too different, yet, I know how much was purged (more to come), how much was moved into another classroom in need of books, and how much was sorted/filed/categorized. Yes, 581 of my own books have now been pulled out of cupboards, recorded online for easy access and findability, and organized onto shelves! After Pro-D on Monday I'll do the chapter books...and then the book job will be finished.
I knew I had to stop for today when I was sorting picture books into categories (by unit, Bible Stories/Themes, Stories about People, Stories about Animals, Fairy Tales-Fractured and otherwise, Robert Munsch Books, Berenstain Bear Books, Mo Willems Books, Non-Fiction Books) and actually caught myself debating whether books featuring crayons as the main characters should go onto the People Shelf or the Animals shelf. I created a new category (Books about Things) and then walked away... #teacherstuff#bookshelf#booksbooksandmorebooks#summeriscoming
