As lead cook, you'll be responsible for running kitchen operations, including stock control / stock ordering, creating & pricing new dishes and developing your kitchen crew. We are looking for a vibrant & professional barista to lead front of house (FOH). As barista you'll be responsible for running FOH operations, responsible for maintaining a bright clean welcoming environment, meeting & greeting our guests / preparing quality beverages, sourcing / recommending new products, retail sales and delivering top customer service, you'll also look after FOH stock control ordering.
Your enthusiasm for amazing coffee, with a keen to experiment, a taste for Australian produced liquor, keeping up with trends and a desire to gain formal coffee industry qualifications will see you thrive.
