Everyone says it, but what does it mean? Results come from whatever you are most consistent with. Remember that being fit means being healthy.
🍏🍉🍌Love your body! Feed it healthy foods more often than fast food 🥓🍔🍩 Start paying attention to how what you put into your body makes you feel! It doesn't mean that you can't have that donut, just means that you have 1 donut, not 3 and you balance it with more water.
💦Be proud of yourself for getting your sweat on! Reward yourself with stretching, sauna time, or a massage. Rewarding yourself with unhealthy choices sets you back. If you're working out more, you do need to eat more (which is great!) but eat more good! 🍽
When you start out, don't look at your physical self and try to find results or progress. Focus on your mental. How do you feel when you're done? How do you feel during the day? Proud? Badass?
