Turmeric is anti- inflammatory.
It also had 'magical' anti-aging properties! I don't use any anti- aging creams - this is the drink that does it for me.
What am I having?
This is 1/4 spoon of turmeric in boiling hot water in a cup. You can also add ginger and honey and have it at night before going to bed or have it during the day time

Despite the popular belief that watermelon is just water and sugar, watermelon is actually a nutrient dense food. It provides high levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and just a small number of calories.
Watermelons have become synonymous with summer and picnics, and for good reason. Their refreshing quality and sweet taste help to combat the heat and provide a guilt-free, low maintenance dessert.

Summer pie with vegetables
For a dough:
200g of flour
20g of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
For filling and bechamel:
Half a broccoli head
Half of the blossom head
5 fresh carrots
1 medium potato
100 g of ham in a cover
Small corn corn
80 g butter
80 g of flour
1/2 l of milk
200 ml cooking cream
3 tablespoons acid sour cream
Spices: salt, pepper, vegeta, garlic in granules, scallop, spice for gyros (and can and without it)
For the base of the dough, mix the butter with room temperature cut into pieces, flour, sugar, salt and egg. Mix hands until you get a smooth dough. If it is not too soft and sticky, you can immediately rinse it to a thickness of 1/2 cm and the size of a round pie mold, and if it is soft, wrap it with a foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Make the dough with the fingers on the edges of the mold, arrange the alu foil with beans or rice (this is necessary as the dough does not move away from the surface while baking) and place it immediately in the oven at 170ºC to half-bake. It's 10 minutes long.
Broccoli and florist should be cut into smaller pieces, cut into cucumbers, and potatoes on dice. Cook all together for 10 minutes in salted water. Sprinkle and cool a little.
Cut the ham in the casing and add it together with corn vegetables.
Make bechamel sauce: dissolve butter, add flour, and pour milk into the vial with stirring. Cook for a few minutes to the density of the sauce, add the cream for cooking and sour cream and spices.
In a larger pot, mix the vegetables, ham and bechamel sauce, and then bring it all together to a prepared base of a dough dough. Sprinkle with spoonful of bread crumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Allow the baked pitu to stand at least 10 minutes before cutting. Serve hot or cold with a cup of yogurt or some creamy salad based on cream
