Que vous dire, on sent que c'est une vraie #bombenutritionnelle , la pâte est dense, le goût est pas mal (rien à voir avec la sèche) mais demande à être assaisonnée pour plus de plaisir. Je me suis fait un petit tartare avec du fenouil, des petits oignons marinés, du tamari et des herbes de Provence. Ca cale bien !
Je ne sais pas si cest la spiru mais je suis motivée aujourd'hui malgré le temps et la fatigue hivernale, à voir comment mon corps réagit après 3 jours de cure :) car qui dit frais dit courte conservation :)

#newdiscovery I've just tried fresh spirulina for the first time! And a local one coming from the ocean nearby Bordeaux. When I tried it, i thought wow how Incredibly nourishing is that. The texture is so dense. Obviously it's better with some seasoning, but the taste is way better than the dried one that I have a hard time digesting. I have mixed it with some fennel, herbs and pickled onions. So far so good, I feel quite motivated today I don't know if it's the spiru effect. We'll see after 3 days (yep freshness doesn't last forever).

Nessa sequência de fotos tem o suco de vegetais que eu costumo fazer bastante. Nesse aí tem couve e hortelã da horta, cenoura, beterraba, curcuma e mirtilo orgânicos e salsao não orgânico. Eu coloco pouca água só pra ajudar a bater mesmo. Depois eu coloco no voal pra coar. Nessa parte eu sempre uso essas luvas emborrachadas pra forno, pra ajudar a espremer porque se fizer direto com as mãos elas ficam com cor roxa e as pessoas ficam reparando hahahha. Depois eu coloco no copo e uso canudo (de preferência reutilizável ) que é pra não manchar os dentes porque esses sucos sempre tem cores intensas. Geralmente eu não coloco fruta, no máximo limão, mas como não achei orgânico e o preço do limão tá caro pra dedeu eu não coloquei. Fica uma delícia ( mesmo que não ficasse eu ia tomar igual porque o meu objetivo são os benefícios). Enfim o ciclo é completo porque o bagaço de fibras que eu coei eu jogo na composteira ou direto no horta mesmo. Don't ever forget that the people behind all of the food blogs, wellness pages, and fitness sites are all humans too. They have flaws, they have weaknesses, and they are not perfect. They share what they want to share in order to put forward the image they are trying to portray, no matter how natural it looks.
I would hate if it came across to anyone that my lifestyle is anywhere near perfect. I don't only eat smoothie bowls, tofu steaks, and vegetables. I don't go to the gym every day, and I don't start every morning with yoga and meditation. Sometimes I make very, very poor wellness choices. Sometimes I treat my body poorly. Sometimes my obsession with food consumes every aspect of my life. I am human and I am trying, just like you.
