I told y'all it's @chrisyoungmusic all week since mom and I get to see him Thursday!!! This song was stuck in my head all morning and seemed appropriate bc lord my man gets me!!! Anywho, today was a way earlier start than normal bc of a morning meeting I have to get to but not gonna lie I love being done by 6am!! I went to my challenge group this morning in their daily live video and told them or sacrifices lead to long-term result in success. If there's something you really want you must be willing to do what others won't so that you can live like others can't! Now that's not to be mean and certainly not boastful because it's not easy I mean imagine if everybody worked on their mind and body every day we would all be walking around with these crazy amazing endorphins, take a moment and imagine a world like that.. "One day" or DAY ONE?

Throwback to one of the greatest moments in my life for sure!
Here's a little rant about loneliness, as I remember this time as a very very lonely time, though I had one friend that came to visit me while I was at the hospital, the whole experience just felt sooo lonely, and it was hard. I don't like to ask people to take picture of me but I couldn't resist to ask the nurses to take a few pictures of when I first got to see my flat chest. I felt awkward that I had no one by my side to experience this with me.
Transition in general is a very lonely experience because you go through so many different things, social changes and indescribable feelings all alone and only you can understand it fully. It's almost like a dream, you can tell about it and how intense everything felt but still people won't be able to recognize your experience if they haven't had it themselves. I don't know or interact with many trans people in real life and without all of you beautiful people following my journey and many of you experiencing the same things I don't know where I would be mentally, seriously, the understanding, support and feeling of connection with other trans folks really helps on the loneliness and I'm so thankful for all of you being in a way a part of my transition.
When I feel lonely I always remind myself of that we are born alone and we'll die alone, people will come and go, animals will come and go and only I will experience my life with or without anyone by my side.
I'm happy for everyone that has a partner by their side throughout this journey, and that partner is probably strong af as they can manage to go through all of this with you. I've had many moments of wishing for someone being there through all this with me but I also acknowledge the strength that I've gained by walking this road alone.
Don't get me wrong, I have support in my life, great friends and accepting family, but they still don't hear my deepest thoughts and experience my every day life as a partner would do.
Alone or not alone this journey is tough and just know that if you're going through a lonely time, remember you're not alone and you'll get through it and come out stronger then ever!
